Google has just released a validator tool within Tag Manager to make sure that your Google Tag is loaded on your website or to check your client’s website to make sure it’s loaded properly there.
And this is exactly how it works.
First you navigate to tag Manager and you simply click on your admin tab on the left and then install Google Tag Manager.
There is your code that hopefully has already been published onto your website and you put your website URL.
This is TexMex Fun stuff is this URL and you simply click test and it will only take a couple of seconds and it will show you that yes, green Checkmark is good.
This tells me that the code is loaded.
But to do a second test go to the website and use the Google Tag Assistant Legacy Chrome extension and it will show you also that not only it’s loaded, but that it’s loaded correctly.
And a green smiley face there next to tag Manager.
And this one ends in seven P Eight and jumping back over to tag Manager.
This one is ending in seven, P Eight. We are good to go.
Leave me a like and a comment if you like this new snippet validator tool and if you are using it and for watching this video all the way to the end, you now qualify for a free 30 minutes audit.
